The article deals with the Project Management assessment of the Italian Air Force (AM), performed by Istituto Italiano di Project Management, through the application of the Prado Model. The initiative has given the chance to quantify the AM level of expertise in PM methodology and managing their own organizational assets and to identify the strength and weak areas to be improved.
